Since 2006 I’ve been a mortgage broker specializing in the Greater Vancouver area. I’ve bought and sold a lot of properties myself over the years and I’m a business owner, perhaps like yourself. So, no matter your situation, I understand what you’re going through. I’ve helped others, and I can help you too.
My Story
One thing that sets me apart is my willingness to share my own real estate successes and failures. Whether pre-sale condos or townhouses, new construction, self-builds, rental properties, unwanted special condo assessments, do-it-yourself renovations or the hire-a-professional kind; l’ve personally experienced them all.
Go ahead, ask me about it any of it, or all of it. For me, helping others navigate their own real estate adventures is the most rewarding part of my job.
The Early Years
As a kid, I moved around a fair bit with my parents. At around age 10, we moved to Vancouver WA which is just across the river from Portland OR. There, we got our first riding horse. When we moved back to BC, we added a few more to the mix. I think this is where my love of animals comes from.
My first introduction to finance was as working for a Ford dealership where I helped arrange loans and leases for people needing a vehicle. It was through a colleague that I was introduced to mortgage brokering in 2006.
Today & Beyond
Fast forward to today, I work with people of all types and their mortgage needs. From first time buyers to experienced investors, it’s my job to help you safely navigate the world of real estate financing, no matter your experience level.
Outside of the office, I’m an avid photographer and can be found combing the beaches or boating on the waters of the Sunshine Coast where I live with my wife, Diana, and our border collie whippet, Abigail.
